Well it took four days, two and a bit rolls of tape in the labeller, 22 small containers and 12 large but its ALL DONE.
I ended up dismantling my shelves at the end and putting them back together with different shelf heights to accommodate the different containers.. the shelves are just bricks stacked up with melamine shelving planks so while its time consuming its easily reconfigured.
I left all the unmounted stamps in the A4 plastic folders - just labelled them. There is two layers of stamps in each folder with each layer sitting on a laminated sheet of paper.
All the other bits and bobs are in the new containers - I have four big garbage bags of boxes and rubbish I culled ready to go into the big skip at work.. shhhhh don't tell the boss LOL
Tubes of paint are sorted by colour into the hanging shoe racks... all the drawers and most of the containers are lined with the plastic/rubbery grip matt stuff so that the items in them sit flat and dont move around.
My beautiful scissor drawer... (can't shake the old nursing days ROFLMAO)
The shelves with the small containers holding all the ink pads (upside down of course LOL) and the drawers with the tapes, german scrap, wood mounted stamps etc
The corner where I sit. These shelves are ones hubby made for me and are narrow - just wide enough to hold all the paints one or two deep.. they are great for easily spotting what you want.. nothing gets hidden in the deep recesses of a normal shelf depth.
I never did get anything made this weekend - but am now motivated to actually do some creating out there LOL
